Visited as a party of 5 for festive meal (from the festive menu). Well organised, very good staff and the food was excellent (slightly disappointed by the xmas pudding). I came last night with 3 work colleagues and we all had the Christmas menu, 3 courses for I think £22? We went here last month with 6 of our friends for a birthday meal. The atmosphere was brilliant and the food was really nice. Marks from 10 Staff Friendliness 9 Environment (Layout and Cleanliness) 8 Food Presentation 3 Food taste 4 Value for money 5 Overall experience 6 Food was very disappointing with little care taken into the production and presentation. The chunky chips are like the ones most pubs are buying in these days rather than cutting and cooking themselves.

Had meal with friends on a Monday evening. Good value for money, I had pate for starter followed by the slow cooked brisket beef, which was very tasty and tender. Good atmosphere and pleasant staff. well done, thank you
