Cheap but nice

Went during the day, so not busy at all. The waiters were friendly and served us straight away. Cheap standard main meal pizza, but the skins I always have for starters, beautiful, wellreccommend this place.

I've been here a few times with my family but after the last couple of visits I will it be returning. The food was average, however to say the male members of staff were lecherous would be an understatement! I'm in no way a feminist however watching the staff blatantly looking female customers up and down and checking out their... More

We went here on a visit to Durham, the restaurant is not that easy to find as its actually on the Gilesgate roundabout using the same entrance as the Travelodge as you enter turn to the right in the car park and its there, car parking is limited and there is one blue badge parking space, but remember you cannot... We booked a table for 8pm, we waited 20 minutes for the table and then 40 minutes for our food to arrive. We have come on a Wednesday night for the all you can eat pizza, the staff have been very rude and have been looking over at us and talking while we eat (obvs about us), they rushed our... More

Went here for a works Christmas party, great night, food cheap and average but no complaints, been since with other friends and family, great value for money, It can be noisy at night with a party atmosphere, staff are mostly friendly, There is a car park but it gets full quickly so parking can be a problem.

Having a guest staying with us for a week we decided to "try" Durham Sambuca and were not disappointed. At 7.30 on Saturday night (14.3.15) we arrived at a very busy scene with music and happy chatter giving the whole night a party atmosphere.Service was quick. food excellent with portions being very generous and exceptional value for money. The only... More

Have heard so much about this place, I really thought I must give it a try for myself to see what all the fuss is about. Love the interior, and found it to be much bigger than I expected, with plenty of quirkiness to catch my eye, so all good decor wise. Must have gone on the busiest, and noisiest... More
