Delicious food!

i come to treats every week with my grandma, she loves it and so do I! The food tastes great , the staff are extremely friendly and we didn't have long to wait for our food at all! Will definitely carry on going to treats!

Came across this lovely cafe when we were walking around Durham on our day visit. We had previously seen it on trip advisor and thought we would go in for a hot drink and sweet treat. Everything is extremely reasonably priced and the rocky road was delicious!!!! Would definitely recommend stopping here - the meals all around us looked lovely.

Lovely home cooked value for money food. ...A little cramped inside but a little gem when you want to take the weight of your feet.

lovely bowl of home made soup and a huge slice of banoffee pie with a cup of coffee... the food here is delicious! There are stairs leading up to this coffee shop so may not be suitable for the elderly or disabled but if you can manage the stairs.... the cakes are devine!

I have been going to this coffee shop for absolutely years - we are talking double figures. The staff have always been nice and friendly and the bannoffee pie used to be fantastic. Back in the day I would phone ahead to ensure there was a piece of pie placed to one side.

Took my mam for lunch in Treat again and once again we were not disappointed. Great friendly service, and value for money. Photo of my lunch submitted separately as can't figure out how to attach to this review on my phone.

Due to small queue on arrival, nearly turned away but luckily a lady further up said it was moving quickly so we stayed. Ordered 9 at the counter and sat back, followed by shirt wait was pleasantly surprised by large portions of freshly prepared salad and slaw, with large jacket potatoes. Husband commented on tasty tea. Very filling and we'll... More
