Worth A Visit

Lovely little place we found for lunch, snack or just a coffee. The 'Cream Teas' weren't up to scratch, but we do come from Devon so our idea of cream tea is biased. (Especially as we use real clotted cream). On the whole though a very nice place to take a break and definitely worth a visit!!

We stopped for breakfast last week with our 3 children and were pleasantly surprised by the good quality food and reasonable prices. Friendly staff and plenty of room for a family of 5. Would recommend.

We stopped off for a cake and a cup of tea. Everything was fine. You get lots of choice in Bowness so it can be difficult to choose but if you're just after a nice slice of carrot cake and a cuppa this place is a decent choice.

Great little tea room where we opted for a cream tea. The only disappointing thing was that it was not clotted cream! just whipped cream. But never the less great fresh baked scone, nice jam and a nice cup of tea. Nice staff and served quickly Would definitely go back if visiting Bowness again. Thank you

We are on holiday in the Lake District and had been walking around Lake Windermere and caught the ferry to Bowness. It was early afternoon and I was starving. We walked up into the town and saw a sign for this property. We sat outside and both ordered the afternoon tea. You pick your sandwich choice of any two item... More

This is a pleasant little café. We had the lasagne, which arrived piping hot and was very tasty. The service was good.
