Me and a friend have just got back from a spa day. Amazing!! Laura who works there was so lovely and from the moment we walked in made us feel so welcome. Afternoon tea and the massage were great. We will both be recommending people to go in the future and we are already planning our next visit. Thanks to... More

Great night out with lots of laughs and good food. The event itself was a first and we all were made to feel very welcome and involved. Great sport and as a team activity, really engaging without being too structured. The venue is very pleasant and all staff were extremely courteous. We'll be back.

Laura was as bubbly as the fizz she offered myself and daughter on our spa day.. A really gorgeous girl who couldn't do enough... She even upgraded our mud treatment at no additional cost and checked the outdoor hot tub which I was reluctant to use and offered me a big fluffy robe to keep me warm and cosy outside.... More

We booked this hotel through TravelZoo - staying for DBB and afternoon tea. We booked two spa treatments but was disappointed to find that we would have to pay and extra £15.00 each to use the spa facilities something we have not had to do in other hotels. The food was reasonable however the afternoon tea was disappointing a 3/10.... More

We were married here on 1/11/14, the Wedding organiser June was very polite and kind however underneath was not very good, I hate to be unkind but she was forgetful, unhelpful and made promises that she didn't keep which lead to us paying out more money each time . She also kept calling me Claire when I'm Charlotte. This was... More

Just come back from an overnight stay at this hotel on the £99 deal for two. We have a lovely time, yes the afternoon tea lacked a piece of cake, 3 finger sandwiches and a scone each, but nevertheless was very pleasant. The service was excellent, the staff were excellent and there was plenty of staff around. The bar cost was... More

My husband and I have just returned from a 2 night stay at the hotel, and despite having stayed in some rather prestigious hotels in the past, the customer service at this hotel was superior to anywhere we have stayed before. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our every need, and for this reason i am giving it... More

My girlfriend booked a one night stay for my birthday in October 2014, it was the £99 deal for two, including afternoon tea, evening meal and breakfast. Really great value..…..the hotel that is, not my girlfriend….she’s worth much more than £99 (in case she reads this review). Anyway, back to the hotel. We kicked off with afternoon tea, which probably... More
