The fillet steak was delicious as too was the duck starter. A little on the expensive side but we felt was worth it

Held a business meeting here over an early Supper. We were short on time so ordered one course only. I had a "small" portion of the crab risotto, whilst my colleague ordered a main course belly of pork. We shared three glasses of Chardonnay between us. No starters, no desserts and no coffee. First the positives. Great location, a warm... More

We have eaten here many times during three stays in 2013 alone. The food and wine are really very good and you'd be hard pushed to get better in the county.

The food is of high standard , in fact I will say it is fantastic, well seasoned and the flavour is superb. Over priced ? NO. you get what you paid for. Thank you.

Lovely afternoon tea to celebrate my mums birthday. Very helpful and even changed one lot of sandwiches to something we liked. Had to have a doggy bag for our cakes as it was so filling! !

A large group celebrated a birthday with afternoon tea at this fabulous place, well off the tourist beat. food was stunningly good - far too much for us to eat! Beautifully presented and well served. Thoroughly recommend!

Stumbled upon this place last time almost by accident, but loved the comfort, informality, and great food. Reading the other reviews it's not for the 'Costa del' set - thank goodness.

My fiend and I popped into the moon fleet manor for lunch - it's a great setting with its own unique decor. Worth a visit

Another one of those places that you revisit and it's not as good as it used to be. The setting is lovely, eccentric kitsch with a great history. Unfortunately, it seems to have become a refuge for pretentious families. The food was very good as was the wine list, however when we asked about the price of a bottle of... More
