Good value for money...delicious

Visited during half term, very busy but was warned that there was a half hour wait for food. When it appeared it was delicious and excellent value for money. No complaints at all...an entirely happy family which is somewhat of a rarity..we will be back!

A lovely family meal. All six of us had different meals, but everyone was impressed and enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Will definitely visit again.

Me & my parents are here during our week in Weymouth. The food is very reasonable and worked out at around £11 for two courses each. I had the chicken & chirtzo served with sweet pot fries & coleslaw. My meal was very nice served with sweet chilli jam - just a shame it was the cheapest coleslaw around :-(... More

Me and my better half visit Weymouth around 3 times a year and almost always eat at the Old Rooms. This was our first visit since the refit and we both commented on how it had improved and that it was well overdue. The 2 for £12 offer has gone now but we didn't mind paying the extra. We ate... have been to this pub numerous times and have been satisfied with pub grub at reasonable prices...until this evening! Very poor food, overcooked scampi, overcooked anorexic roast chicken and overcooked poorly presented Wexford chicken which came with chips and 4 chunks of carrot and three sprigs of past its best broccoli(strange combination)Wont be back til the season is over to... Visited on Bank Holiday Monday with Husband and Son. It was around midday and we were ravenous. We ordered a Fishermans Breakfast for me (reasonably priced) and a lighter breakfast for Son. Hubby ordered the veggie breakfast. There was about a 20 minute wait but that was to be expected as it was busy. My Fishermans breakfast was massive! Son... More

My husband, father-in-law and I ate at the Old Rooms three nights in a row during a recent week's holiday to Weymouth. It's situation was ideal for us as we were staying about ten paces away but after we'd first discovered it we also couldn't think of going anywhere better placed or with better food. The Inn is very attractive... More
