Large cod and chips for me and standard cod with chips for my wife.(I am a very fishy person). The portions were large and well presented and the tables were clean... More

Quickly seated by friendly, attentive staff, my wife and I both ordered haddock and chips with mushy peas. I opted for a breadcrumb coating, and my wife the batter. Both coatings were thin and deliciously crispy. The haddock was fried to perfection, cooked through completely but still moist and succulent. Lovely fish and chips. Big portions. Love the idea of the kids meals being in a real bucket with spade.

This was fish and chips at its best, nicely cooked, fair prices and pleasant staff. If you want something different from your hotel food this is a very good alternative!

Hands down the best fish and chip shop on the esplanade! We pay a visit every time we are down. Staff are very happy and friendly and are always more then happy to help you. Take away is an option if the weather is right and you can enjoy fresh fish on the beach. Perfecto.
