A group of us turned up quite late one evening for something to eat. The staff were very friendly even though it was quite a late one. All of us ordered separately but all the food came out together. All the meals were piping hot and good portion sizes, I was amazed by the garlic bread, £2 for a whole... More

I have been to the Nothe Tavern for the past 2 sundays with my family for the Carvery, the food was lovely, it was hot and nd there was plenty of it. The staff were really friendly and really made an effort to cater for my 18 month old. This is a welcoming and friendly pub in a great location... More

We are on holiday and wanted a nice restaurant that was child friendly. This is the place to go if you want to enjoy a nice family evening dinner. The kids LOVED their half rack of ribs - I believe it cost £4.50 for a child's meal and they got a lot on their plate!! The icecream dessert included was... More

Popped into this pub Saturday lunchtime, nice table with view of the harbour. Service was quick and very friendly. Ordered the Piri Piri chicken arrived quickly well cooked and good size portion with side options. I would definitely use this pub again, particularly on a summers day in the beer garden. Highly recommended thank you.

We stumbled across this pub after walking from town up to Nothe Fort. Enjoyed a lovely meal from a very comprehensive and reasonably priced menu. Views over Weymouth from the beer garden are lovely. Highly recommended!

Once entered we met a couple of locals and talked for a couple of minutes, a good sign straight away. We decided to go for all 3 courses and a few rum and cokes along the way. Started with garlic mushrooms, they were lovely with a nice bit of warm bread, main I had a 1/2 pound steak with chips... More

We come to Weymouth for a holiday at least once a year and we always have a meal and drinks here. We have never had a bad experience here. The staff are so polite and friendly and the food is delicious. Today 8 of us went for a Sunday carvery and we all agreed it was the best we've ever... More

We love going to the Nothe Tavern for lunch. There is a good selection on the menu - main dishes or light lunches/sandwiches. Service is very efficient in a nice relaxed atmosphere. Very reasonable prices. When the weather is warmer, you can sit outside on their verandah and enjoy the sunshine with glimpses of the sea & harbour. They offer... More

We visit The Nothe Tavern roughly once a month for a Carvery. The food is always very well prepared and cooked. The meat always falls apart in your mouth. They have alway had pork, Honey Roast Ham and Beef during our visits. The puddings are really good too, decent portions for your money, especially the cheesecakes! They cater for vegetarians... More
