We really enjoyed our meal - really lovely fish and chips and it was really good value for money. The restaurant is ideally situated near to the beach and has nice décor. The staff were very friendly and efficient.

On a rainy day in Weymouth we popped in for chips and i have to say they were great! Hubby had faggots and said they were great! Covered in gravy and full of flavour. My grandson had nuggets and i had curry sauce to dip my chips - delicious! Felt very indulgent! Staff were really happy and courteous. Welcomed us... More

Return visit after 2 years and found it still very good.Grandchildren loved the chicken nuggets and the haddock was excellent.Being Northeners we found the atmosphere service etc. just like it is in many 'chippies up North. Simple well cooked food and not too expensive.Staff friendly and happy to bring shared portions of chips as portions so large. Pity it is... More

Chips are very well done, Cod was okay but the batter was a little over cocked! kids meal was good only thing I would complain about would be the cost of the drinks! Coca cola £2.99 for a large drink. Way over priced. I would come back again if I was in Weymouth!

We first came here when we were on holiday last year and we couldn't fault this restaurant. We have now returned and , once again , the fish is excellent , freshly cooked and hot , and the service is second to none. The young lady who served us was lovely with a smile that lit up the whole shop.

We had just arrived in Weymouth and was looking for somewhere to eat. We found The Sea Chef, just around the corner from the guest house we were staying at. There were three of us and we all had the faggots, chips and peas. It was a good helping, very tasty and nice and hot. The Sea Chef was basic... More

Had take away fish and chips. Cod was really tasty and chips delicious. Only a minute walk to the seafront with lots of places to sit and enjoy the take out. You can also sit in.
