Very impressed

We wanted lunch and decided on this little place. Only small inside but very welcoming. I ordered an omelette and my wife the crab jacket. You can have three fillings in the omelette and I chose mushroom, cheese and tomato. The omelette was huge and generously filled and complete with salad and... read more

Came across this restaurant almost by chance. Lovely little place, very friendly welcome and service. Tapas was as good as we have eaten in Spain. Good value. Will definitely recommend and look forward to going back.

We managed to get a table here at the last minute as there was the Wessex folk festival on at the time which made everywhere really busy. We were welcomed inside and shown to our table, the place is small but well set out and there was an outside eating area. The staff will even fetch you blankets to your... More

Popped along to the harbour to grab some breakfast. Found this was one of the few places open for breakfast at 9am. Service was very prompt and the food was excellent. The kids had scrambled egg on toast with smoked salmon; very generous portions. I had a light cooked breakfast which was perfect. Sat outside in the mornings sun, very... More

My first time trying tapas and it was a real delight. Lovely little bistro in the square with very welcoming atmosphere. The food was fantastic, lots of choice and served very quickly. We ordered more tapas as the night went on. Well worth a visit.

It's a little casual check tablecloth cafe style restaurant with great tapas and a cosy atmosphere at a reasonable price. Tapas was great. Beers well priced. Loved it. Just some constructive pointers for the management: Prawns looked so tasty but we're disappointing. Muscles were the freshest I'd tasted in my life. Superb but what was that junk you drown them... A fabulous, friendly cafe with great food and excellent service! Wonderful location in Hope Square, in the centre of old town, close to the harbour and a few minutes stroll from the bay. Definitely recommend a visit!

There were muscles on the menu and they were the freshest I have tasted in a long while. All the food we had was excellent and beautifully presented. An excellent way to spend a Saturday afternoon in Weymouth.
