Nice and friendly

Myself and my wife and daughter have stopped hear for a drink a couple of times. It has always been very friendly and realising. We always have sat outside as we have been lucky with the weather. Haven't ate here yet but the food looked very good.

It's always nice when bar staff smile! In this pub, it didn't happen. Seriously, it's your job to be happy. Quite expensive as well.

The pub was a little noisy, but the staff were very welcoming. The food was fine, particularly the fish fried in beer batter. However the tables were sticky and could done with being wiped over.

Fantastic evening, thank you, with special thanks to the manager on Sunday evening for sorting out a great meal. Good music too.

This lovely 16th century pub offers a warm welcome with wheelchair access and harbour views barely 50 metres from Town Bridge. For those who like real ale then there are several to choose from and I enjoyed a pint of Otter Ale, a tasty pint but not strong enough to make the rest of the day a blur. There are... More

This is nice down to earth pub over looking the harbour. The staff are extremely friendly and when ever I visit I always feel welcome. Although I was not known to the staff they allowed me to pay for my meal when I left and not when I ordered as is the norm in many pubs these days. This made me... More

The first pint of Stronbow was fine, the second was flat as a witches. I took it back to the bar where the barmaid called her college over to look at it. She poured some into another glass then poured it all into a third glass and handed it back to me. I don't know what she thought that would... More
