We managed to get a table here on the Friday night of our 3 night stay in weymouth. The food was excellent, service a little slow but worth the wait. I had hot and spicy prawns to start, followed by monkfish wrapped in Parma ham served with scallops. My fiancé had crab claws to start and lobster for main. It... More

If you want to eat some great seafood it is the right place! The place is tiny and we were lucky to find a place. Value for money is very good.

Lightly battered deep fried brie with mango chutney followed by pancetta wrapped monkfish with scallops and samphire. All perfectly cooked and quite delicious. Always busy so book ahead.

Initially fully booked, retuned at 8.30pm. Table was made available. Small menu. Excellent wine list. Food cooked to perfection. Desserts need a little work. On the whole, an excellent dining experience. Service on 25th July was professional, attentive, quality. Atmosphere was relaxed but only reason scored 4 stars was spoilt kid on next table. Thank you.

My family stayed in Weymouth for holiday for 3 days. We had dinner there for two nights! We specially liked the Lobster Thorraidor and Bass fillet with salmon source! Very friendly staff as well! I think they are Mom and daughter. Strong recommend!

We visited Floods twice during our recent visit to Weymouth. Both times the food was excellent and the service was efficient and friendly. On both occasions the food was well cooked, tasty and presented in an attractive way. We consider it to be excellent value for money as the fish is so good. The drinks are very reasonably priced for... More

My aunt got lucky and booked a table for 4 on the day - but book well in advance (especially in high season.) Great fish of all sorts including freshly caught local fish. Nice hot plates. Good service. The place is quite small and 'homely'. I would definitely go back. Desserts a bit disappointing though.

We were really happy that they managed to squeeze us in on the same day with an early booking on condition that we were out by a certain time (which I can appreciate during extremely busy periods). Had delicious crab starter. Our mains were very nice and tasty, however I did have about 5 very sharp bones in my fish... More
