Chose the chilli as I didn't fancy the curry of the day and was so glad I did as it was one of the best chilli I have tasted and the Bonoffee Sundae was lovely too. The menu is not massive but caters for everyone and is reasonable priced. Well worth a visit

After a disastrous meal at the local Wetherspoons, the hunt was on for somewhere to eat that was okay for our two fussy in-laws, Moby Dick was just down the street, it had been discounted due to rowdyness at the weekend, however after reading a few reviews on here, I chanced my luck and I lured the in-laws in with... A great little, or even large, pub with a good range of beers and food. The prices are quite low but the quality is good. Gets a bit noisy and busy later in the evening so for a quiet meal eat before 9.00 . Clean and well presented in general the pub is a nice place to just even visit... More

Planed to have several drinks but left after one. Noisy unpleasant pub that lets anyone in. Did not enjoy and wont be coming back.

Firstly the food was excellent value for money freshly cooked with polite staff bringing food to our table. However, unfortunately the bar staff let you down, two visits to the bar. Both times ignored by chatting staff, first time someone from the kitchen came out and eventually served us. Second time still talking amongst themselves, no acknowledgement at all. So... More

Had the hot rocks steak deal - which was very good value, however it comes on a hot stone, so keeps cooking at the table - unfortunately it also cooks the side salad which is on the same tray.. the smoke was also rather off-putting - especially as it set off the smoke alarm!!!

Only visited for drinks but meals looked good. Lots of tables inside and out. Sky sports TV to keep men occupied.

Dull & dinghy and felt very uncomfortable sitting on the dirty chairs. This place seems to have had scaffolding up forever? We decided to try it as we eat out a lot in Weymouth. The food was ok with good size portions. The staff were friendly and helpful but this was ruined by the unpleasant atmosphere & general feel of... More
