The food was lovely and very well presented. It was served quickly and was hot. This place is very dark inside and could do with a good clean throughout. They are family friendly and have a baby change and a nice kids menu.

Had a beer and a steak meal, both very nice and good price. The hotel although under repair and you had to by pass scaffolding was worth a visit. Certainly old world and learnt about the history of the hotel from an owner on a cruise later on our trip.

Across from the beach in Weymouth, Moby Dick's made for a great spot for lunch with my 4 year old daughter. My husband and I got to enjoy fish while she happily ate mac & cheese and a strawberry milkshake.

Cross the road from beach & there it is, a large friendly pub (shame about the scaffolding - not sure why it was there!) However large outside seating area with smoking area, its a suntrap but at least half the tables have umbrellas, a high wall cuts down the noise of the traffic and offers a little peace away from... Popped in for a drink, price was fine for what we had. Nice location in front of the sea, although the scaffolding spoilt the building. Overall it was a nice pub to stop off for a quick drink!

Advertised a decent offer outside but that wasn't the case when we ordered food. When it arrived my meal was wrong and I felt I was putting the waitress out when I explained what was wrong. While eating not one waitress asked if our meal was ok even though 3 constantly walked passed. Seemed the end we sat in was... More

We popped in just to check it out and watch the England friendly match and it wasn't a bad little location. Plenty of Tv's to look at, very good prices. Would enjoy going back.

Used The Moby lunchtime for a drink and snack and returned that evening for a meal. Both service and food were acceptable. Menu was pretty standard pub fayre with a daily specials board. Good location facing the beach.

Food was good, but expensive. Advertised beer offer outside but when we want in they did not honour the special prices as it was a bank holiday, disappointing. Bar staff were efficient but a bit distant, serving staff we friendly. Sounded like there was a stag do going on in the kitchen, not very reassuring. They specialise in fish &... More
