I love this place, it's definitely one of our favourite spots to eat in Weymouth. The atmosphere is great and the food is so fresh and tasty...plus the staff are lovely too!

We have been here a few times when visiting family in Weymouth. We've always loved it. However, sadly this time it was all sadly lacking. Ok let's start with the positives. It was very busy but nevertheless the service was excellent especially the lovely man in the jazzy waistcoat. However the same can't be said about the food. Thought the... More

I like this sort of place. Interestingly different yet with no pretentions. In fact its name says it all 'Crab House' brilliantly fresh crabs ready to crack and consume, with other fish dishes and oyster | lobster variations. Interesting wines ( I do like Alabrino with sea food ) There is plenty of outside seating overlooking the muscle beds and... More

We made a special trip over from Christchurch as it came highly recommended and with excellent reviews. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed and found it over hyped and over priced. Although the food was quite good it was very expensive for what it was. It also did not help that the chef served the wrong vegetables and sauces with the... More

The missus and I decided to try this place for a date while on holiday. Having never tried crab or oysters before, we decided to order some of each. Both were fresh as could be and arrived on the table within 5 minutes. While the oysters weren't to our tastes, the crab was excellent. When chatting to the waitress (Anna,... More

This was lovely food but a little expensive, the house wine is about £18 a bottle and most of the main courses were about £26.

We discovered this place about a year ago when we were camping in the area and absolutely love it. Despite arriving on what seems like an industrial estate, this quaint teeny little unassuming shack is right next to the sea and you won't find food any fresher. With an ever changing menu and the need to book in advance for... More

Having been there a few times now I must say it is top of my favourites list. Good food, freshly cooked, and served with a smile. Always accommodating even if it means utilising the heated outdoor area while waiting for an inside table. Even in the Summer who can guarantee that an outside table is practical?

Nice cafe in poor location. Sat outside service was good, meal OK but could have been hotter thought it was expensive for what we received.

I cannot speak highly enough of this place. Discovered it by accident a few years ago, and ever since we cannot visit Dorset without eating here. Went last week with some friends, and as usual the fish was all cooked to perfection, really really tasty. The highlight this time was for the kids - they were allowed into the room... More
