Heartizan's is a small rustic friendly cafe/deli. All food is prepared with excellence and served with love. Excellent quality. All local produce and the best gluten free carrot cake you will ever eat.

I had originally been here back in 2012/13 as I found they had bread from my favourite bakery and they had told me I could order through them which was great, although the first time I tried I travelled all the way to town with my son in a pushchair just to get it, when I got there they informed... Fab little deli/cafe' Linda & Ian are very friendly, we are loving the Sat evening meals once a month with a theme to them, the food and the company on these nights have been eye opening and fabulous. Looking forward to see what the theme for Jan 2015 will be.

Lovely family-owned place, great for anytime of day but especially good for lunch, my Croque Monsieur was made with top quality ham and mature local cheddar cheese. Teas are loose leaf and very special, even good quality wine. They always champion local food, and we've had superb Dorset and Hampshire cheeses, New Forest venison pate, a huge selection of biscuits... More

Thought I would try this one out again & to be honest its middle of the road but the coffee is better than the main chains in Saxon Square . Only disappointment was the lady owner (I guess in her 60,s ) although very polite & helpful was dressed extremely shabby & tatty for someone who should make an effort... More

Often pop in and pick up a take-away coffee as much better than the local chains. Their Flat White coffee rocks.

Had another great experience at this smart little privately run establishment on the high street. Lovely friendly team who go the extra distance to look after you. Very fresh ingredients in the sandwich I had for lunch made it exceptionally tasty. The salad was bursting with flavour because it wasn't chilled too much, and the Isle of Wight-sourced tomatoes were... More

Stumbled across this place by accident last week. We had a really good brunch - salmon & cream cheese bagel and ham and cheese on toast washed down by top quality coffee. Can't understand why chains do so well when there are little independent gems like this on the same street - people need to be a little more adventurous!... More

he wonderful staff at heartizans kindly made us a wedding "cheese' cake for our special day. Consisting of delicious brie, Dorset blue vinny ,cheddar and a delicious smoked cheese everyone thoroughly enjoyed it along with some tasty biscuits. Only problem was that there was so much we are still eating cheese a week later. Thank you heartizans
