A lovely restaurant, service was excellent, couldn't be more helpful, especially as my daughter is limited on what she can eat. Food was very good and we had a pleasant meal. The only issue was that although the restaurant was not completely full it was very noisy and it was quite difficult to hold a conversation.

I've eaten here a number of times now and the fact that they have different staff members is tantamount to the level of disservice this particular branch provides The standard of food provided is, in my opinion, lower than other Loch Fyne locations I have eaten at Service is typically hit and miss at this Egham location too However, last... The food was nice but it didn't blow me away. I would say it is a little overpriced in comparison to the quality of the food and service but all in all a nice meal. Slight blips in that the waitress forgot the olives and the restaurant was a little chilly!

Went to Loch Fyne last night with some friends and had a great meal. The restaurant was busy, but not packed and the waitresses were very attentive. I started with potted mackerel, and had the seafood tagliatelle as my main. Both dishes were perfectly prepared and presented, as were all our dishes. One of my friends was even able to... More

We called in on the off chance that they could seat three for lunch as it was very busy, trying to find a parking space was a nightmare! The staff were welcoming and managed to find a table for us even though we had not booked. Because it was so busy, the slightly longer time for service was acceptable and... More

We had several dishes between us ranging from Oysters, Mussels, Clams, Prawns and fish. Everything was well presented. Service was good. Atmosphere and decor a bit bland. As usual when I go out to eat we have other people's noisy kids to contend with. Otherwise a good evening out.

the staff are great, the food is good, the atmosphere is dull and lacking, especially at this time of year, but this place was certainly seasonal during our visit.....the place was FREEZING! The staff had blocked one air conditioning outlet but couldn't do anything about the one freezing us half to death. We ate our meal with overcoats on! This... More

I ate here last night with a friend after work. We both enjoyed our food and the service was fine. I enjoyed the plaice and the cheesecake. My friend had salmon and cheesecake. Only thing was, 2 hours later I was violently sick. I checked with my friend this morning and she was fine, so it must have been the... More

Party of 12, 5 mains went back as they were cold. One main went back 3 times (the same dish just kept coming back reheated until we insisted on a new one). Then they ran out of afters (to the embarrassment of the waitress). Steaks were cold, food was fast food standard apart from starters. Not from the area but... More

Table booked for 15 for a birthday meal. The restaurant is half empty so not busy for a Sunday lunch time. Starters were fine although I didn't order one. Trouble started with the mains however. I ordered steak which was stone cold and with it being rare, made me uneasy to eat. The solution was to reheat the same piece... More
