Super Attentiion!

Been here loads of times and Cafe Merlot never fails. We visited with 3 friends lately who had never been and we were all really impressed - went for the pre-theatre menu and just had the entrees - no bother at all! We supplemented with sides and then shared puddings... washed down with wine and... read more

A cousin treated us to the most wonderful dinner - mine was salmon 3 ways, others had lamb or steak. Beautiful surroundings in old wine cellar. The pub upstairs, Blakes of the Hollow was terrific also.

We sat upstairs in Blake's Bar as it seemed a more traditional eating establishment in Ireland. The food was absolutely delicious. Even the varied children's menu surpassed most we've been offered in many places. The service was also first class.

Really enjoyed our lunch in cafe merlot and will definitely return for dinner the next time we are in Enniskillen. Both had the soup and sandwich combo and felt that it was good value and also delicious. I've been trying to recreate the soup at home but haven't quite found the right recipe! The restaurant itself is cosy and the... More

Came to visit Enniskillen on Sunday. Nearly all shops were close in the morning lol. Luckily found this place when the rain appeared. The restaurant locates downstairs but has a great space and inside world. Love the arch very much. We arrived early and there was only one customer there. Had a very relaxed start and the waiters were very... More

Hadn't been here in a while so thought why not go. Well I am glad I'm not one of these people who put salt on their food without tasting it first. My god was the starter salty & the main course was as bad. I thought chefs were meant to taste their food to ensure on flavour & seasoning. Never... More

Went to Cafe Merlot with about 26 guests following my sons wedding. The food was excellent and service likewise. What a well run, friendly and informative place to eat and pass the night away. I canvased all of my guests and they rated the place as excellent. There were no negative comments. I live in Carrickfergus and would return to... More

I enjoy trying new as well as tried and tested food, this restaurant covers that. So anyone wanting to try something new the "taster starter" is perfect! Being a lover of fish I then went for the "fish cakes" served with a salad side. I was in the company of three others who were also delighted with their choice of... More

This was the best meal by far we had on our travels. It was Michelin quality without the price tag. The whole meal ( we had starters to share, main meals and one pud) was full of wonderful small touches - unusual but delicious sauces and dressings and the two men had the best steaks ever they said. The ambience... More

A little hard to find at first, we entered via the door to the toilets from the Bar of William Blakes' Pub. Down the stairs to the cellar where a wonderful experience unfolded. The food was amazing, service efficient, but not overpoweful. An excellent meal.
