Damn fine bacon and egg baps

We have a 4 hour drive from Birmingham to our place in Fowey and we leave early ,do the trip in one and when parked up at Caffa Mill we go down to Nile's and order our bacon and egg baps which are cooked to order. Then we take them home and scoff - yummy.

We decided to have a cream tea to take back to our apartment for later on . The scones were huge and the best ones I have ever tasted with plenty of jam and clotted cream. would highly recommend

Stopped here after our tour of Polperro, and was pleasantly surprised by what we found, the shop might not have many seats/tables, but has a vast range of cakes and bakery goods. We decided to take one of the tables outside in the rear courtyard. Tea, and a huge slice of cake, which was very good value, and our children... More

Popped in for coffee and Danish both very nice though cafe bit cramped with just 2 tables. Nice member of staff- seemed usual good selection of filled rolls and pastys etc that you would expect in a Cornish Cafe ......

I found the shop itself pleasant and a good display however the same could not be said for the member staff that served me. She was not welcoming not polite when serving. Came across very patronising to her younger members of staff in front of us and other customers. I found her to be very rude this lady who was... More

Recently called in at Nile's Bakery at Newquay & was greeted (right!!) by a sullen female employee , fortunately her place was taken by a far more pleasant person. Settled for a cheese & onion pastie as my first choice of vegetable pastie & 2nd choice of chicken pastie were not available. Let's just say the cheese & onion pastie... More
