A great dinner!

We went to celebrate a friend's birthday last week, and we are going this week again. There's a good atmosphere and a good choice of menu. The food was very good, and well-presented, and the service was very good, without being "pushy". Nothing was a trouble to them.

I treated my mother to lunch for her birthday. Her starter was disappointing - hardly any dressing and no leek, as advertised on the menu. Furthermore, although there was butter on the table, we weren't offered any bread whilst others were. The rest of the meal was nice although the starters were small. My mother didn't want me to complain... More

We recently had our fourth visit to Eslington Villa restaurant and the food and service never fail to impress. We had Sunday lunch with 13 friends and family; from the welcome to the goodbye we were treated like royalty. The food was delicious and the wine also. The service provided by Tony and his colleagues was excellent, attentive without being... More

Went last night and as always the food was lovely. Service also friendly and very efficient. Nice and relaxing place to enjoy your meal and comfy chairs in the sitting room after your meal. We have never been disappointed eating here. Give it a try.. We have never stayed over night in a room but I have heard they are... More

A friend and I hit lucky when we wanted a special lunch. We called in on spec, the staff went out of their way to fit us in on a busy Valentines Day Saturday lunchtime. We sat in the comfortable bar area and ordered while enjoying a drink, our drinks were carried through to the formal dining room, which was... More

Ended up here as a table for 2 for Sunday dinner after a booked birthday party was cancelled at the very last minute due to illness. Couldn't fault the service at all, and the food was great. Both had pork terrine to start, the apple puree was a nice touch. Roast beef for mains, with a good portion size (not... More

With a Big Birthday to celebrate and family coming from all parts of England, this couldn't have been a better venue in terms of food, value, friendliness of staff and atmosphere. The pre lunch drinks in the lounge provided the perfect backdrop for a grand reunion, and the long table for 12 in the dining room meant that we were... More

Once again my husband and I had a fabulous lunch. This is our favourite restaurant. The food and service never disappoint. From the pre lunch olives to the after lunch coffee I can find no fault. We have a,ready booked to return in February.

We have eaten here at regular intervals over the last 6 years and for a special dinner at a competitive price, the early bird menu can't be beaten. The food is of a very high standard, the service is great and the staff are lovely; warm and welcoming. The conservatory in summer is perfect, with a great view of the... More

We recently celebrated a special family birthday and having eaten in the restaurant a few times decided to book here. It was excellent. The service is superb, friendly, attentive without being fussy and we were made to feel very special indeed. The menu choice is not massive but provides enough choice to satisfy all needs, and most importantly, it is... More
