First time diner here last night with a group of friends. Very impressed with all the food our party ordered, service, decor, atmosphere, quality, value. I recommended the Malabar prawn special - delicious. Loved the Nepalise twist which gave a freshness to a great menu. I've eaten some rubbish curries (Agra, Sleaford), good curries (Maharani's, Deeping) & fantastic curries (La... More

Dinner with the family was made extra special, not just because the food was fabulous, the service was fabulous too. Knowledgeable waiting staff to take the order and describe the food. Excellent recommendation of wine for our meal too. The service was prompt and efficient throughout the meal and we were even given a free vegetable dish. Looking forward to... More

We wanted to break a long journey and were really looking for somewhere still serving food at 8.30 on a Sunday night. Happily we chanced on the Everest Inn. First impressions were that it was going to be expensive. The decor, though simple, was pleasing, the tables well laid and smart, tidy waiters at the 4 tables occupied. The menu... More

The service was brill and the restaurant is well managed, I class myself a bit of an expert when it come to curries. Felt let down with the meal the chicken were in large lumps and when cut was tasteless until you soaked it in the curry sauce this tell me that the chicken is not cook in the sauce,... More

Was very busy when we went. The food was outstanding without doubt. However did feel a bit neglected by the wait staff at times. Would definitely return for the food. Hope the staff are a bit more attentive with drinks and orders.

We booked at 5pm for an 8pm booking but somehow there was no record of it? Slight panic on our part for a few minutes but the staff quickly escorted us to a table despite the restaurant being nearly full! Phew panic over! We have been going to the Everest for a few years now, only once or twice a... More

Went here on Friday 11th of April and excellent experience from beginning to end. Understated and unhurried service, with advice provided for the main dishes. The 2 mains were superb, in particular the Malabar Prawn Special. This came in a platter format which provides the jeera rice as an accompaniment. It was noted that there were several locals who seemed... More

A great restaurant serving delicious food. I found the menu a little complicated as you don't recognise most of the dishes, but the staff are happy to help. Also do great takeaway!
