Came across "The Gregory" on our way to Grantham, thought it was a Pub, but in fact it is a Restaurant, pleasantly surprised the Staff make you very welcome and they have a good selection on the Menu, excellent food, well worth a visit!!!! Will definitely visit again, when travelling to Lincolnshire.

This is a favourite of ours so I've finally decided to write a review as our last couple of visits really were very good! I like that although there is always certain regulars on the menu there is also something a bit different and special on the menu. The last time we went I decided to go for 'cods cheek'... More

We decided to try The Gregory after driving past a couple of times, we were not disappointed! Got there early and the staff were friendly, asked if we wanted a drink or to go straight to the table, we decided on the latter, had to wait a while for our drinks after ordering them but the gentleman who took our... Been to this pub twice. Once for Sunday roast which was one of the best I've had in a long while. The second time was part of their special offer and had a decent home made burger. Only thing letting the place down is the rather slow service but apart from that it's a very welcoming place to eat.

Always a ''must do'' when we visit Grantham(we are ex-local), The Gregory never disappoints. The food was superb, especially the Pigeon and the Beef Blade, the service and atmosphere impeccable. The Wine list stunning but a little pricey, being out of stock of their best selling Marlborough was the only glitch in an otherwise perfect evening out.

Popped in on the off chance at about 3pm on a Bank Holiday Monday. They had obviously been busy as they were clearing several tables when we arrived and by this time there only appeared to be two staff on. This was not a problem, we received a very friendly welcome at the bar. Ice cold lager in pre-prepared ice... More

I'm a little surprised at the negative reviews for this place but everywhere has good & bad days. We just wanted a quiet catch up over lunch which is exactly what we found. A fab. bar and a la carte menu, gr8 coffee, sandwiches (LOVED the bread). The staff were on the ball and friendly.

We have dined many times at the Gregory. The food is pretty dependable, even if it is standard gastro-pub fare, but often the service has let it down. On our recent visit, when the first two members of our party arrived we were told that our 7pm booking was actually booked for 8pm. We were able to prove to ourselves... More

We went at The Gregory for a special celebration meal. I booked a table few days in advance and I stated we had a baby in a pushchair so they knew we would need a bit of space. On arrival we were pleasantly surprised with the decor and the atmosphere. We were taken to our table right in the far... More
