I was staying in the area and decided to visit the Revack Estate for a light lunch and a dog walk. Unfortunately I didn't bargain on the STRICTLY NO DOGS signs that are posted all around the main buildings and car parks. Leaving the dogs in the car, my sister and I had a pleasant lunch in comfortable surroundings. We... More

Amazing food today - top quality...again. Quite regular visitors here and can honestly say that the food has never given cause for complaint. Main meals delicious (Sunday buffet is excellent value) and cakes/puddings to die for! Excellent coffee too. Staff are wonderful - friendly, attentive...but of course, giving them a little bit of respect for their hard work goes a... More

This was recommended to us as a great little gift shop with a superb restaurant - and they weren't wrong! Tucked away off the main road (follow the signs) lovely driveway up to the lodge, and lovely gardens. The lodge has a great gift shop with a variety of clothes/candles/jewellery/gifts. The restaurant was extremely pleasant, a table in the conservatory... More

Red squirrels and a host of birds feeding outside the windows of Revack add to the enjoyment of a wide choice of dishes. The service is friendly and prompt. The order taking perhaps needs to be more accurate (one drink missed and another order incomplete) and I will be encouraged to go there more often if they are more accommodating... More

My husband and I ate here on our way to visit the RSPB reserve at Loch Garten. I decided to give the macaroni cheese a try again and it was much better than last time but I wish they wouldn't put tomato slices on top. The chips were as delicious as ever. My husband had the steak pie and he... More

Gift shop and café is worth a visit but unfortunately ABSOLUTELY NO DOGS meant that I could not walk around.

I visited the other Sunday and was totally blow away by the best salad buffet ever. From the roast beef cooked to perfection to the numerous pasta salads, salmon, pork pie, egg, chicken legs, potato salad, ham, homemade bread and lovely sun dried tomatoes the food is quite delicious indeed. The staff are very friendly indeed without being intrusive and... More

We had looked at the Revack Estate website before we set off and it said nothing about dogs not being allowed so we decided to give it a go for our daily fix of coffee and cake thinking that the dog would be allowed to sit outside with us while we ate. When we got there we were surrounded by... More

Visited Sunday 8thjune after being at the nearby cemetery the assistant busy chatting on phone did not seem interested in serving us . We eventually got our tea coffee and cakes which were very nice .while enjoying them in the sun lounge they came and placed a chair so know one else could come through and two assistants announced the... We went for a walk at this beautiful wooded estate and had lunch in the attractive restaurant. From the conservatory we could see the red squirrels and wild birds feeding on the nearby bird tables; great for photographers. My wife had a lasagne and side salad which she said was delicious. I had an enormous breaded haddock with (3-fried) chips... More
