Lunchtime Snack

Having booked a stay in the hotel for next year we decided to pop in on a Sunday lunch when staying elsewhere in Norfolk. The reception we received from the manager of The Terrace was friendly, polite and charming. Since we only wanted sandwiches and a drink we were very impressed by the fact that... read more

One of the worst companies I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with! A deposit of £100 (I was stupidly going to pay £200, lucky i didnt) was paid a few months ago for my daughters 9th birthday party next weekend and I was told when booking that if I did not pay the total balance a week... I dined here for three nights recently where the food was superb and excellent value for money, a rare event nowadays. The location - at the front of the Imperial Hotel - is the best location in Great Yarmouth. The very pleasant staff was an added bonus.

The Terrace is attached to the front of the Imperial hotel and over looks the sea front away from all the main attractions, about 400m from the pier. On arrival the staff were lovely and appeared very well trained. The menu was good but not overly pricey and it was nice to be in a quality restaurant that didn't have... More

Having read reviews of this place prior to going to Great Yarmouth, thought it would be worth a visit. Also looked at the Atlantis web site which shows a café in the tower. Went on a Tuesday afternoon at about 4.30PM. Went to the lift for the tower, there was a sign stating to see the cashier in the amusements... More

Had lunch in the Terrace area of the Imperial Resturant. Great service, clean, neat and tidy but just found the lunch a little underwhelming. I had the special, but this was a little dry and the side of chips a bit soft. I blame eating at lunchtime, I'm sure this is when resturants give their propper chefs time off! Tip... More

We were staying elsewhere but called in to their Terrace Restaurant for dinner. The service was top notch and the food was superb. For entrée we had a share plate of bread, olives, oil, and canapés. For mains I had pigs cheeks and dearly beloved had a Filo pocket. Pity it was our last night in town - we would... More
