Well what can I say me and my family attend a Elaines Diner probably 3 times a month for our Sunday lunch. They are the best roast dinners known to man and Elaine's desserts are to die for. I've had a lot of home made desserts in my time but Elaine takes home made desserts to a completely different level.... More

I wrote a review last year when I first moved to Caister-on-Sea and discovered this excellent little diner. Since then I have eaten there at least once a week, often with my friends or family. Not once have we ever had a poor meal. How Elaine can cook the wonderful and varied menu, at such a consistently high standard never... More

We came across this little family run diner in Caister after visiting the hair dressers opposite. We decided to have lunch, the place was very friendly and packed with locals. All the meals were home made, my partner had Chicken & Veg pie, (home made) with new potatoes and peas & cabbage. He said it was delicious, and certainly looked... More

An excellent Sunday dinner. Plenty of meat, tasty gravy. The cheesecake with raspberries and ice cream was delicious. For two dinners, two sandwiches, three teas, two Dr Peppers and one sweet the bill was £24.50. Unbelievable value and served by the owner, a gentle giant. It would seem that nothing is too much trouble for these good people .
