The girlfriend and I went there for our anniversary . We had a brilliant time the staff were so friendly to be met at the door with a smile was a great start to a fun evening . The novelty of cooking your own food on hot rocks was a great experience and something we will really do again .

We went to the Black Rock Grill to celebrate our wedding anniversary, not having been before our apprehensions were allayed by the very welcoming and helpful staff. The process was explained very clearly and in no time at all we were cooking on our hot rocks like old hands. The food kept coming and the ever attentive staff replaced the... More

Went just with my husband for our anniversary, we were made welcome before we even got to the door. The staff explained how the evening would go and what we would be cooking on our lava rock they were attentive all evening although the restaurant was full. The food was amazing and so much of it was told to ask... More

This restaurant is amazing!!! Great food very relaxed and not rushed the restaurant is a good size but not so big that it gets noisy!!! Don't eat much before you go because the meal is huge!! Great service and great food, make sure you book your table or you might be disappointed xx

Our very large party is glad to be out of the wind and into this buzzing orange and black restaurant, here for a Saturday night while visiting the family on the east Coast. We’ve been warned to save stomach room and I do always mean to do just that but then I just get hungry and break the self-imposed fast... More

Visited with some friends while staying at Potters. Good value for money. Love the idea and enjoyed cooking our own food. Although we needed an 'off button' or in danger of eating too much.... Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend

We went to black rock grill for the first time for our anniversary along with our two children. The restaurant has nice views but the ambience is lacking. The waitresses who served us were very good and attentive. The experience of cooking our food at the table was fun and our girls enjoyed cooking for us. I say 'for us'... More
