Description: Located at the top of town in Lymington on St Thomas Street, Rivaaz is perfectly placed to provide a relaxing end to a day of sightseeing, shopping or exploring the New Forest, and this bright and buzzy glass-fronted Indian restaurant is renowned for its east-meets-west menu. Rivaaz in Sanskrit means 'tradition', and the cuisine here is a fusion of modern and ancient flavours. The family-friendly dining room at Rivaaz is decorated with plush ruby red carpets, high-backed leather chairs and fresh flowers, and the restaurant's menu is filled with old favourites such as Chicken Tikka Massala; King Prawn Puri served on fired bread; and the Mushroom Biryani.

A really nice Indian restaurant - but beware the menu, "hot" really means hot! Food was tasty and very nicely spiced. We can totally recommend Rivaaz.

Decor was lovely service was great but I found food was average my other half had lamb and it was little over cooked he left a late portion off it we had popadom and were charged for sauces we didn't even ask for? We thought were complimentary? It's was just ok

We stayed at hotel for one night. And decided to see what was about. We came across this place. Wow wow wow staff are so polite & friendly. Food is outstanding. Full of flavours. Must try the coconut relish that comes with poppadoms

walked passed and looked nice and mentioned it at the B&B we stayed at and they recommended it so we booked and absolutely no regrets.
Excellent food and nice friendly service and atmosphere. Saturday night and lucky we booked during the day as they were full at night with mainly local crowd it seemed.

Very disappointed, food lacked flavour, service was perfunctionary & as this was recommended by locals even more surprising, may be a bad night but in. I rush to return despite regular stays in the town
