After living in Lymington for 5 years I finally went to Lanes - should have gone years ago. Food was lovely - home made everything including the ice cream. The staff were attentive and friendly. I shall be going back

We had a fantastic meal at Lanes over this weekend. We had rack of lamb cooked perfectly, I like that the meal came with vegetables and you could ask for more if wanted. The desserts were delicious. The service was great just the right amount of attention and did not rush you, all the staff were very professional and pleasant....

A superb bank Holiday weekend lunch at Lanes. Great value for money. Unfussey and very tasty food. Superb risotto starter with excellent calves liver main and delightfully presented pud. Good wine. Very spacious room with no pressure from staff to get a move on. Very much a family food with superior cooking. Highly recommended.
I enjoyed the meal, tasty fresh veg and yummy dessert. We were seated on a bench seat and chair so two different heights.
I went with a group of friends and can't fault anything about the experience. Plenty of choice, very tasty and friendly service. The puddings were spectacular.

excellent food and service, the menu was a good mix of items that we think would suit most tastes. For the main course we chose turbot for one and fillet steak for the other. Both were very well cooked and very well presented. Its a bit off the beaten track so you would probably only find it via trip advisor...

Our 3rd visit. Thank you Nicola and Peter for impressing our guests. We had purchased a voucher as a present but decided to join them. Stylish, tasty food excellently served as usual. An experience which is also very good value. Gary and Viv
After reading the reviews we went for lunch during our stay. The service was impeccable and the lunch menu offered a variety of options including "light bites" which were reasonably priced and exactly what we felt like. Really worth visiting if you are in Lymington.
