What a lovely place!

We popped in for coffee. The homemade cakes are amazing. The only problem is which one to have. Lots of interesting knick knacks for sale. Ended up buying a very interesting 3d picture.

Rounded off a family visit in Ross-on-Wye with lunch at this cosy teashop on a cold frosty day. We were a party of 6 with two small children but received a warm welcome from the staff! Delicious coffee and sandwiches plus milkshakes and chocolate brownies which my grandchildren loved! This is obviously a popular little place but the friendly staff... More

Terrible experience, will never come back! Choose this tea house as it had such good reviews. It was clear from almost the minute we walked in that the owners where not at all child friendly. They hid us at the back and refused to allow our 2 year old daughter to hold their cheap laminated menu. After comments from the... More

Thank you for giving us your feed back from your visit back in the summer. We are and were, very bemused by your visit. As you can see by 99.9% of our reviews we all treat customer service from the oldest customer to the youngest, with the greatest of importance. When you visited we were extremely busy and the only... This is a lovely tea shop at the top of g he high street. We'd read great reviews on Tripadviso and it certainly didn't disappoint. A tea shop and craft shop combined, the place has all sorts of interesting items around you to purchase. Very friendly service and a good selection of drinks and food. We walked in and 3... More

I can't fault the food or service, and the waitress understood well the various dietary preferences of my companions. The time spent inside is made interesting by the varied selection of arts and crafts displayed for sale. Unfortunately these seemed a bit on the pricey side so no sale in that department, but they do brighten the place up :-)

We stopped off in Ross-on-Wye feeling quite peckesh and noticed a tempting display of homemade cakes in the window, looking inside it looked very welcoming so we ventured inside. We were acknowledged warmly as we went in and chose where we wanted to sit, friendly and polite staff attended our table shortly afterwards, giving us time to decide what we... More
