Well, Pots and Pieces, I've returned to your lovely tea rooms. Undoubtably one of the best places to visit when in Ross on Wye. Such a friendly, immaculate place to eat. Table service with a friendly approach where you never feel rushed. As a frequent visitor from Caerphilly, I make time to eat here, either mid morning snack or tasty... More

Popped in for a light lunch, we were late (2.30) so managed to get last bowl of soup and I had caramelised onion and goats chees quiche. Both excellent, quiche came with a nice fresh salad. After a wander around ross we returned for one of the delicious cakes, date and walnut which was superb. So all in all a... More

Stopped here for a snack as staying locally. Had the most scrumptious cake. Lovely little tea room. Well worth a visit.

We visited here today for a light lunch. We both had quiche, with my wife having the caramelised onion and goats cheese one from the specials board. Well I must say it was the best quiche she has tasted. Mine was really lovely too. The place is spotless and the staff really friendly and helpful. We have been here for... More

Thank you for your lovely review, high praise indeed! We were especially pleased to read that you enjoyed the quiche so much as this is new to our menu and it seems to be hitting the spot. Good not to have an enormous menu for a change: well-chosen selection of sandwiches with simple tasty ingredients. My son loved his roasted pepper and tomato soup too. we stopped off for a break on a long journey on a cold wet day. Pots and Pieces were the only place open at 4:30 on Monday afternoon - and we were so glad. Whay a gem of a place. Delicious hot chocolate, cappuchino, home made quiche and cakes in a delightfull atmosphere surrounded by beautiful art and crafts.
