Lovely cakes

This is a very friendly tea shop come gift shop, and the staff are very obliging. I enjoyed the fruit cake so much I took some back to my hotel to eat later.

I visit a few times a year with family when in Ross On Wye and am always pleased. The service is personalised and friendly. The staff treat regulars with kindness and respect. There is a selection of homemade cakes and light snacks. There is a Los a selection of bits and pieces, such as jewellery, lights, nic knacks and ornaments... More

Visited on a Thursday lunch time. Just passing through. Warm welcome for the staff. Drinks arrived quickly. Food was tasty. Surroundings unusual in this cafe. Every table was taken at one point during our visit, usually a good sign of a popular establishment.

Had lunch here. The fare is simple but the portions are generous and the food is fresh and tasty. There is a good choice of drinks to go with the snack lunches. And the cakes are all freshly made on the premises, moist and full of flavour. The staff are pleasant, professional and cheerful and the seating is well thought... More

We stopped for a quick cup for a tea and it felt like we stopped to see old friends. Excellent fresh cakes and a great selection of gifts. Look forward to next next time.

Well, Pots and Pieces, I've returned to your lovely tea rooms. Undoubtably one of the best places to visit when in Ross on Wye. Such a friendly, immaculate place to eat. Table service with a friendly approach where you never feel rushed. As a frequent visitor from Caerphilly, I make time to eat here, either mid morning snack or tasty... More
