We call in at Pots & Pieces when on our walks with the family and we find the staff really friendly and helpful. Would class it more of a high class coffee shop to a restaurant but the food is delicious and even if you call in near closing time they will still make you welcome with no short-cuts to... More

We stumbled across this quaint but with a modern touch cafe while on holiday in the area. Great food and service it, was a very pleasant interlude..

What a delightful shop. I have a friend who works here and she loves it! The owners, Sarah and David, are very warm and welcoming people. They are very caring toward their staff, which in turn, encourages everyone who works there to enjoy it. Then, they give the best service to their customers. The tea is wonderful and the food... I often pop in with a friend or with my Grandma, for a pot of tea and slice of cake! Very relaxed atmosphere, surrounded by hand crafted goods. Food and service is brilliant!

Did a stop over to Ross on the way home from Birmingham NEC and was looking for somewhere that served cream tea and found this place on TA. Very warm welcome by the young waitress who handed us the menus straight away. The decor was as others described which was lovely to look at whilst waiting for our order. I... More

So pleased you visited Ross and enjoyed your visit to Pots and Pieces. The young waitress you mentioned was Nia and it was on her first day (in training) for serving in the teashop, so she will be thrilled to hear she did well serving you. We look forward to seeing you again sometime and thank you for taking the... More

We opted for this venue when we arrived and saw how busy it was, plus the Trip advisor sticker in the window, plus what they offered appealed to us. The venue is a small shop/restaurant with around 12 tables (guessed) cakes are in the front window, but we went for the quiche + salad and tea and were very glad... More

Searched on Trip Advisor before we set off from Swindon for a day out and decided we would try here. Things were looking up before we even got to the restaurant as we asked a lady for directions and she said she wasn't from here but visited regularly and "Pots & Pieces" was her absolute favourite place to eat so... Lured in by the cakes on display in the window. Pot of tea for two and quiche and salad for lunch. Simple, honest food. Well presented and served by very pleasant 'waitresses'. Plenty of bits and bobs to look at and buy.

A nice place, decor was fine, lots of baubles for sale inside. Two toasted sandwiches simple but fine, no extras or frills. Soup of the day was lovely.
