Wonderful food helpful staff

We read on here the reviews of this place and sought it out. We were pleased we did. The usual suspects on the menu, however some unusual one too. I of course tried the different one. They chicken malai was wonderful. King prawn starter was perfect. No booze is served, so take your own, or pop in... read more

We were staying over in Ross on wye for bank holiday weekend and fancied a curry. Having looked on trip advisor, cafe zam zam had great reviews, we decided to give it a go! The staff were really attentive, and friendly! The food was amazing we are definitely going to return, even drive out there for a curry! The chicken... More

We had a highly enjoyable meal at Cafe Zam Zam. The range of dishes was mouth watering but our choice was tasty without the accompanying fiery heat that normally pervades other Indian restaurants. Staff were courteous and friendly and the final bill was not a shock. Would highly recommend it especially for those who don't partake in alcoholic beverages. They... More

We all enjoyed our food at Cafe Zam Zam, though we had quite a lot of waiting between courses. This was because they were rather busy. Not surprising because Tuesday () evenings they do a special deal which is excellent value. Any starter, main, rice and dessert (or coffee or papadom & chutney) for £11 and we had plenty to... More

We have dined many times over the last 8 years here and always had excellent food, first class service and value for money. This is by far the best Asian restaurant in Ross on Wye with consistently quality food, cleanliness and exceptional service. Thank you to all the staff at Zam Zam for looking after my family so well. We... More

Thought it might be worth a try and we weren't disappointed. A nice little Indian restaurant, clean with very polite and attentive service. The food was well presented and tasted as it should. We didn't think it was particularly expensive. I'd be happy to recommend Zam Zam.

Decided to try a takeaway at Zam Zam for the first time, after seeing all of the great reviews on here we thought at least we'd get a good meal but how wrong were we! Not sure what everyone else has been eating but our food was just bland and stodgy. Very disappointed and the pashwari nan was the most... More

It's a bring your Own drinks place and the staff are more than keen to supply you with glasses and openers so that's a good start. It's a large menu with some dishes I've never heard of. All twelve of us agreed that the food was excellent so I can't say better than that. Fifteen quid a head for two... More

Excellent food. Very pleasant service. Whole meal passed in a very low key non pressured way, just what we were all needing.
