Ok coffee but facilities awful

Met friend for coffee, cake and a catch up. Coffee was ok- nothing to shout about. Sat at rear and draught was awful from the stairs. Ladies toilets are on the second floor and were disgusting- moulds on walls, window sill etc and basin. I only hope the staff do not have to use them

Ordered 3 black coffees & a chicken croissant. One coffee and the croissant was to eat in. The 2 other coffees were to take away. The croissant was lovely. The coffee in was filter coffee and terrible. I mentioned this and was offered "Americano" style to take away. They were equally poor. It really had no flavour at all. This... More

We have just had our 3rd afternoon tea at the above. It was as always really lovely. Good selection of sandwiches, fruit and plain scones with jam and clotted cream and a selection of 6 small delicious cakes. As much tea or coffee as you need and the staff are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Would recommend... More

I call in occasionally for a coffee if I'm shopping in the city. Café ok but quite dark. Could benefit from an update.

Bought the afternoon tea for two voucher with the intension of visiting the Worcester branch as Worcester is a favourite city of ours. Due to horrible murky weather on the day we intended to go we decided not to drive all the way to Worcester in the rain and to visit the Wolverhampton branch as it was much closer to... More

Okay experience, average prices, rear tables too close to kitchen, went in late afternoon, staff were a bit tetchy , not good for customer experience, customers who were sat by us started argueing , which was also not good for other customers.

Not far from my house. Gem in my own back yard! Everything and anything you can want. Am a regular here because I'm local but would definitely recommend the travel. Worth every penny and is not that expensive

The patisserie is usually clean and tidy with an amazing selection of cakes and pastries. Can get rather busy on a weekend. When I drop in for a hot chocolate to take out it a quick and painless operation. So no grumbles from me.

The cakes look divine but having known the café as Druckers previously & loved their cakes I do think now they look better than they taste. The lemon mousse/cheesecake used to be light & fluffy but its now quite solid & the jap fancy used to be light meringue with a hazelnut filling but even that isn't as nice. The... More
