Sat outside & enjoyed a large ploughman's bap & cappuccino. The cakes & sandwiches are priced between £3-4,a little bit pricey but the portions are large and satisfying.I cut my bap into 4 pieces to eat it & had a good amount of cheese, salad & pickle in it.Very busy inside, but we were served promptly by courteous staff.2 large ploughman's baps &... The food is a little pricey, but enjoyable. The staff barely smile, are very abrupt. Whilst I ordered lunch for myself and my daughter I had to listen to a conversation between 3 members of staff about a holiday one of them was soon going and how she couldn't wait to go away and the tan she was going to... Coffee ok, not memorable. If you need to use the toilets be prepared to walk up 3 flights of stairs . Cakes looked nice and the price was reasonable.

Very expensive, and you don't get decent portion or drink sizes at all. My cappuccino was stone cold i wouldn't go back even if it was all being given out free. Cakes were stale and definitely do not use fresh cream aerosol more likely.

I loved their patisserie and the service altogether. Its atmosphere is a nice change from the average of Wolves. It could be somehow pricey, but nothing too discouraging.

I often visit Patisserie Valerie whenever I go into Wolverhampton and I've never had a bad experience. The drinks are reasonably priced, the cakes are not cheap but they are fairly large portions and taste divine so you can't grumble at the value for money. Staff are always friendly and efficient making drinks quickly and clearing tables speedily. Chairs and... More

A friend and I stopped in at the Patisserie Valerie Nottingham location today at 10.55, we were seated and it was 11.15 before anyone came to take our order. The people on the next table who were leaving complained about the service and the next table to them were disgusted too. The coffee was good but appalling service, waitresses were... More

Staff never seem to smile at you and one woman looked positively offended when I corrected her as she tried to give me the wrong cake. I asked for fresh cream on my cake and on my hot chocolate but it was the most tasteless fresh cream I have ever had and makes me doubt it was fresh at all.... More

Formerly known as Druckers, this is a lovely little place. It's always busy but there are plenty of tables. The cakes and desserts are absolutely awesome. The staff are friendly, polite and efficient and the coffee is lovely. Situated slap bang in the centre of town too, so it is very handy. Ground floor loos desperately needed here though.
