Excellent food and service

Lovely atmosphere, great food and excellent service made this a great Friday night out. The food was delicious and the menu varied and interesting, changing every day. Our waitress was very warm and attentive. All in all a great place. We will return!

Buzzy and fun staff, cosy yet spacious charming interior, meals en route to other diners looked fantastic, vegetarian pasta which can be dull, lay curled on the plate in delicious pool of cream and olive oil, spinach and cubes of melting Brie. Lamb apparently equally scrummy! Delicately flavoured puddings with lovely fruit accompaniments, just a pity we live 200 miles... More

The menu wasn't a 'spoilt for choice' just the right combo of choice thru 3 courses. Quality was as good as I've eaten at top eateries. Price wise you won't beat it...unless you intend to go to the local chippie

Stayed for a night. Nice welcome. Staff were excellent and food was good. Doesn't look much from the outside, but well worth a visit.

I would recommend the set lunch on any day. Its good value at £11.00 per head for a 3 course lunch. Its well cooked and the service is great.

Just called in for a drink finished up eating when we saw the quality of the food coming out of the kitchen what can I say excellent is an understatement and the chips to die for. Will defiantly be going back.

I went here with a friend for lunch. It is very nicely decorated and had a relaxed atmosphere. The staff were polite and smiley and gave great service. We each had a filled roll that was delicious but small, with only some green leaves on the side. For the price, we expected at least a decent side salad or hand... More

Good hearted food ... loved their 3 course dinner. Lovely butternut squash soup, succulent children and risotto main and for dessert brownies with pistachio ice cream to die for. Staff is very welcome and attentive.

Visited here for a birthday family meal out. 1st impressions ok, nothing to write home about. Not a great choice of drinks, they didn't even have J20. We were made to feel like we were not welcome by the lady serving us, she was aged late 40's with dark hair...disgusting attitude really to be honest. She made us feel like... More
