Checked in for a pint ended up eating sunday lunch, Beer X L ent. but roast was abit over done. The pub had a nice feel and on the beer alone we would return, sort of pub that is getting rarer to find . so sort out food ,bonzer.

The pub has changed ownership since our last visit. It was very good before and I'm pleased to note it has retained its high standards. Our lunch was excellent and all that we had was home cooked. Service excellent. We will definitely be going again.

We have just had a really enjoyable meal at the Swan. The food was very good and the service was excellent. They could perhaps have a few more vegetarian items on the menu but otherwise a very enjoyable evening....we will definitely return!

I came here for my birthday meal. At first I thought there wasn't many people here and not much atmosphere. But was pleasantly surprised by the food and service we left feeling very satisfied and said it was one of the best meals we had ever had.

Comfortable environment, very friendly staff and excellent food. The chips are not to be missed. Little off the beaten track but worth the effort and is open including for food all day seven days a week.

This was our 1st time at the swan even though we live so close, we went for an evening meal on Saturday and felt welcome straight away with a happy birthday song being sung for me, all staff are excellent and its great to hear Louie the chef singing in the kitchen, food was great, large portions, we enjoyed ourselves... I was taken here as a surprise meal on a Sunday night. As we walked in I was surprised that we were only only diners. We were greeted by an exceptionally welcoming host and shown to our table. The menu choice was varied and as it was a Sunday the roast was still available. The loud music and the shouting... More

We visited the Swan last night and I really don't know why we've not been there before, especially as we live so close to Little Chart. There were five of us, we all had starters & mains and four has desserts. Between us we tried a wide variety of the dishes on offer. The choice was good and very varied... More

Since changing hands it is now open on a Monday - what a bonus as so many aren't! The chef was so happy in his work we were treated to great bouts of singing from the kitchen, and he could not have worked harder to produce meals to suit us all (his sauté potatoes should be his signature dish!) The... More

I large group of us went for a meal here yesterday, we had travelled all the way up from Gravesend and it was certainly worth the journey! We had 2 vegetarians and a gluten free member of the group and we had phoned in advance and he had made us all the most amazing meals, everyone else ordered from the... More
