Lovely friendly little cafe

Good value breakfast to start your day. They also have a great selection of cakes which are very good indeed.

The name of this restaurant had a very apt name and the coffee was very nice. The advertising board was placed in a very obvious place and I am sure brought in many visitors. The location was close to the cathedral so many people would have been passing by. The lady who served us was very nice and could not... More

Found this place by looking on trip advisor and wasn't disappointed. Friendly staff, cosy tables and great choice of cakes. Added bonus was the sunshine in the small courtyard at the back. Will be back.

Having been to this cafe 2 years ago when we were on holiday in the area and loving it so much then , we decided to make a special trip to return. It didn't disappoint!! We had a delicious coffee and a homemade banana and date scone which was equally scrummy. The bonus for us is that they let dogs... More

We stumbled on the cafe by accident and enjoyed it so much that we visited it 3 times on our stay. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and is child and dog friendly. The coffee and cakes are wonderful as is the homemade soup, and amazing sandwiches. It is obviously popular with both residents and tourists and worth a visit.

Good coffee and an incredibly tempting array of cakes, opted for lemon sponge which was delicious but for £3.75 a portion it should have been.

Was here with family and it was chosen primarily as it is dog friendly, something that may be important to you if you've brought your dog for a walk in the local countryside. We were provided efficient and friendly service, and the food ordered was tasty and clearly handmade on the premises, unlike so many other establishments. One star of... More

We had a wonderful cup of coffee in lovely sun in the tiny garden at the back of this coffee shop. Given the lovely countryside around it is a pity that there was no view but the coffee compensated. Disappointingly the flap jack chosen by my husband was rather dry but other cakes looked temping so maybe this was just... More

We'd stopped off in Dunkeld on the way home from Kenmore for a coffee. After a wander around, we came across a sign for Spill the Beans and even better, it was dog friendly. There was a little side room with a few tables set aside for the dogs which was great. The was a large variety of home made... More

Lovely little café with busy staff ever attentive. We enjoyed their 'soup de jour' with a choice of two. Cappuccinos were great and as previously we can only recommend it as the place to go for light snacks or coffee. Previous comment about expecting to to be allowed prams in the available space I find quite ridiculous. Not helpful to... More
