We visited the restaurant as a group of approximately 16 and had the pleasure of occupying the private Krug dining room. The restaurant is routinely selected by the course organisers as one of their official dinner venues and it is clear to see why. All of us were in agreement that the food served was of the highest standard. Exceptionally... More

I had not been to the three acres for a year, as it is quite expensive so it is treat to go. However I found the experience less good than in the past. My feeling was that they are trying to cut costs. You now have to pay for bread, previously it was offered with the meal. The starters were... More

Enjoyed a Saturday lunchtime dinner to celebrate a milestone birthday within the Family. Lovely food in a warm and cosy atmosphere.

Good food, good service and exceptional surroundings. Not cheap by any means but never disappointing. Hard to say anything about particular dishes as all are excellent. You will be doing well if you can manage a desert by the time the main is finished, but you can always opt for a sharing desert platter if you must!

Always so enjoy this restaurant. We love the series of eclectic rooms & charming ambience, day or night. Service was spot on once again this visit, and food fantastic - the mussels outstanding. Fab place.

My wife and I have just spent an excellent night in this super Pub/Hotel. Our accommodation was 5 star. Admittedly we were given the main suite which was superb and could not fault in any way-very comfortable and well appointed. When it comes to food I think we are we are both quite demanding and fussy but I could not... More

Have been to the 3 acres several times and visited again for my birthday. We went for Sunday Lunch and it is honestly one of the best Sunday roasts I have ever eaten. Amazing quality. Set menu for sunday lunch but plenty of choice! The service is very good. Booking is essential. Will be returning!
