Description: Welcome to the Toby Carvery Huddersfield. When it comes to roast dinners...
Welcome to the Toby Carvery Huddersfield. When it comes to roast dinners, we really know our stuff. Every day our chefs lay on a feast of tender, hand-carved meats with all the trimmings – including towering Yorkshire puds, golden roasties with all those lovely little crunchy bits, and plenty of freshly prepared veg, all crowned with proper gravy. So it's no wonder we're Huddersfield’s favourite carvery restaurant. Drop by and you'll find lots more on offer, including cooked breakfasts and tasty specials.

Nice food, decor and kids ice cream

A group of ten of us visited last Sunday. We had to wait 20 minutes for a table which wasn't that bad considering we walked in. The decor had been changed and I was impressed. We didn't que that long for our roast dinners and all was lovely accept the mash potatoes which were very lumpy. But... read more

Great food, atmosphere and value for money. The carvery is one of the best we have had. It gets very busy but the waiting time is a minimum

The worst place we have ever had the misfortune to visit. We visited on a whim having never thought of going to a carvery before. How we wish we had not gone. Awful food, awful staff, awful everything. Just don't go. A supermarket cafe is a huge step up from this hovel.

This is my second review and the content is pretty much the same as the one almost a year ago... This time we were seated quite quickly...We waited 20 mins after being advised 35 min wait. The food was nice, but the meat was not as lean as usual. We finished and tidied our plates to the end of the... More

We went this morning for a breakfast treat and were greeted with a queue to pay at the till before you could sit down. This took almost 20 minutes as there was only one person at the till and this same person was making drinks. I was ready to leave at this point as I was getting frustrated but my... More

It is what you expect from a chain - food hot but not exciting. Reliably 'Toby' roasts, good selection of vegetables - slightly overcooked, selection of roast meat. If you want a safe roast dinner - you will get one.

This was the worse breakfast ever even though arrived at 8.30 half an hour after opening the food was cold bland and tasteless. I complained to a waitress and just ignored and have made 2 on line complaints but they can't even been bothered to reply
