Chose mullions after checking out the others in the town. Very nice dinner, good friendly service. Food very good and a nice bottle of Rioja opened early so it had breathed before we had it with our main course. Mussels and pork medallions very good. Makes a nice change from chain restaurants and repetitive pub food. As a small criticism,... More

We were attracted by the gluten free scones and my daughter thought that it was the best gluten free (cream tea) scone ever. All scones had just come out of the oven (mmmmm). We returned the next day for an evening meal so that my daughter could experience the gluten free fish and chips and they were apparently excellent (just... More

So good we returned after our first visit. The good: ::Food is very reasonably priced (there are offers at certain times), with a great choice (especially when you're used to being very limited if you cannot have gluten). Food was more than adequate/average/run of the mill, it was as good as you pay for in more expensive establishments and was... More

We holidayed in Minehead earlier this year and having previously dined at Mullions decided to go for lunch. We ended up there on around three occasions as the food was fab. Great choice, nicely cooked, nothing too much trouble. Ian, the proprietor, was very attentive friendly, funny and chatty but not over intrusive. We had Sunday lunch there which was... More

For the price we've paid it should have been better. It wasn't bad but overall average. I've had the salmon steak, nice but simply "good", nothing special. The dessert was apple crumble but not as it should be, you can better ones in a bakery. Good menu , plenty of choice. Sitting outside is ok but close to traffic.

I visited 3 days in a row, I was very impressed by the large number of Gluten Free options, I've never eaten anywhere with as many GF choices. They do breakfasts and Cream Teas in addition to the GF Menu, so altogether plenty of choice. On one visit I had Fish and Chips which was very nice (could do with... More

Very good response at short notice to a large crowd of us walking in. Eleven of us ordered food and drink which arrived promptly and was freshly cooked. Waitresses were friendly, helpful and patient. Menu choice was extensive and portions were large and I ate the River Exe Mussels which were delicious.

My brother and I tried Mullions for the first time. It was nearing 3pm and luckily for us they were still serving lunch. There was a two for £12 deal on which we took advantage of. Normally with these type of deals I've found the portions somewhat small. At Mullions however they were fine. My brother had plaice which looked... More
