We found what is a delightful place to eat. We had a lovely meal, simple and all freshly prepared. The service was excellent and I felt the staff really cared and were very attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. Go there you won't be disappointed and you'll enjoy some delicious food in pleasant cafe surroundings.

We had an excellent Christmas meal today at the Chattery. The Turkey was moist and tasty. There was a good selection of veg and the roast potatoes were good too. Service was efficient and friendly. Highly recommended! Thankyou.

I only requested a cheese and local pickle sandwich, but it arrived on granary bread and with a small side salad. The bread came from the bakers across the road and it has to... More

The ham egg and chips was huge with a fine portion. They even asked me if I wanted hot or cold milk with my coffee!!! How good was that!!! Brilliant... More
