Good breakfast

Good range of locally sourced food, well prepared, not greasy, in very clean pleasant premises looking out onto the high street. Friendly staff who seem to look after many regulars , which speaks well for this restaurant. They were also pleased to welcome our well behaved dog .

Had a pleasant and unrushed lunch on a cold wet day, toilets were clean and fresh (always a good sign).

Repeat customer - excellent menu choices and really good food. We did have a problem with one of our dishes - but it was dealt with quickly and without fuss. Highly recommended! Great service and food!

Home made cakes etc were lovely and very generous portions but the Formica tables and chairs let the place down and looked cheep. However a very good cuppa and the staff were pleasant if a little lacking in humour

Lovely bright friendly little cafe, really nice staff and owners. Wonderful prawn cocktail with soft malted bread. Very reasonably priced and quick service. Totally recommended.

Good staff and a nice environment. Quick and efficient service and when the food came out it was nice, well cooked and hot. Nice coffee and was able to bring the dog in. Will be back.

We always go here after driving down for the weekend, lovely freshly cooked breakfast. The service is always spot on and very helpful. It's a nice place to sit and enjoy breakfast while people watching.

First time here and it was great. The food was a good price and it tasted like it had come from heaven. Me and my husband live in Exeter and we agreed that we would gladly travel to sidmouth for the food.
