We booked a table on Friday evening and had a very good evening, we took the offer of champagne at £25 and it happened to be a real steal. Good ordered parfait and fish cake, lamb rack and chicken all extremely good. Being a chef myself I think it's important to give the kitchen some praise. Eaten here a couple... More

We booked an evening at Earle for my husband's birthday and we were both very disappointed with the experience. We eat out in Hale regularly, but had not dined in Earle previously and wanted to try something different. Firstly, I would say the female waitress looking after us was a credit to Earle. She was very sincerely apologetic and did... More

This is a great restaurant, amazing food and good service. It really is worth going to. Everyone we know who has visited Earle has said the very same thing!

Been here for business, amazing atmosphere and smiling personnel, local ingrediends, good soup of the day, meat, good choise of local beer and a fantastic cheese cake. I spent much time in Manchester for business and this han been always my first choise for a business dinner, alone with colleagues or with customers. Book your table in advance, try it,... More

I have eaten at some of the best restaurants in London as I travel around a lot. I have got to say that Earle is up there with the best modern brasserie. Not only were the staff attentive and so polite and friendly I must mention Michelle as she talked to us and made us feel very comfortable. The food... More

Have been a number of times to this restaurant principally because the food is so good. Went with The Other for a hopefully intimate if not romantic evening and we both chose the same: starter of pate which was delicious. Presentation however, was poor. Brown slab of pate served with brown toast and brown relish - no garnish whatsoever.. Main... More

First visit. Ordered the Sunday roast beef dinner. The beef was cooked to perfection. My only criticism is we were all still hungry when we finished. Can't fault the vegetables but there was just not enough. It originally arrived and we thought "oh my goodness" Piled high but when we took a peak under the Yorkshire and the meat there... More

We had the Sunday dinner menu - 3 courses for £21 and it was brilliant, all of the food was cooked to perfection and the staff were very attentive. I would happily go back! :)

On the evening of 16/8/14, my wife and i dined at Earle Restaurant in Hale. The staff on arrival were friendly and welcoming, and the whole feel of the restaurant was good, not overwhelming , but, be yourself, relax. We ordered our meals, and from there on the service was excellent, not over attentive, just right. The food ,and we... More

I went last weekend to Earle for a birthday 9th Aug and the service upon arrival was great. Welcoming atmosphere, fun and efficient staff all round and although at first the menu seemed a little unusual it was gorgeous. We had a fun night out, great food and cocktails would highly recommend :)
