I have visited this restaurant a few times. The food is always very good. I tried a couple of different dishes on this occasion; The starter was Fish Chaat, a delicious flavoursome dish, with a tangy refreshing sauce and perfectly cooked fish, just superb. I followed it with Chicken Tikka, cooked in a rich sauce of lentils and spices, with... More
We have been coming here for 9 years now and we are always looked after and I can honestly say we have never had a bad meal. The service is excellent and they serve Mongoose Beer, an added bonus.
Went after seeing reviews in trip advisor.. Good decor and service.. Bad food.. People need to realise that coloured half cooked rice with meat in it is not biriyani.. Certainly not to an Asian who knows what it is.. The kebabs were OK.. Wouldn't recommend..

I've been visiting the alamin for the last 20yrs never been disappointed, the waiters are so friendly and always attentive and food is just superb allways spot on. Keep it up alamin. Highly recommended
Excelent food. Excellent Service. Cracking pint. Shame I have to write at least 100 caracters in order to pass tripadvisors rules. But dont despair one is attempting the radio 4 challenge of any questions. Thus im going to rattle as far as I can without repeating myself (bell)
Nice place to dine but for me its standards have dropped. Food is ok, value for money. House specials are something different to what you would normally get
