I fully recommend the mando restaurant on Midland road, Bedford. It has excellent food, and the owners Steve and Nicole, (English names but they are 100% Chinese) are excellent hosts and the service is superb. Everything is cooked fresh, no stodgy food, always a delight to eat and be entertained there. The best place to eat in Bedford for me... more

Don't be put off by the dodgy location - Man Do is a gem. Spotlessly clean and manned by friendly, polite staff, I must have eaten here 8 times in the last few months.
