Tried this place during the week. While the restaurant is nice inside, the food is appalling. The gamberoni took seconds to come out on the most obviously frozen platter. Went for the pasta calabrese. Meant to be pieces of bacon with onions and broccoli in a sauce and fuseli pasta. Awful. The scabbiest chunks of broccoli stork, awful cuts of... More

Called in without a booking on a Saturday night, they fitted us in without a problem. Food was lovely and there was plenty of it. Really pleasant staff.

Nice soup and pizza bruschetta was poor though as the bread wasn't right and the tomatoes didn't sit right. Was really nice venue though as it didn't look like much from the outside.

Eight of us ate here on Thursday 8th January 2015 for a birthday celebration. The waitress was our first point of contact as there wasn't anyone to meet or greet, and whilst she wasn't unpleasant but a few days at a charm school would have made a big difference. The food and drinks came reasonably quickly but the pizzas left... More

Really enjoyed our meal here. The food was lovely AND If you enjoy the sound of "canteen percussion" then this place is for you! We have the lady on the Stainless steel quartet behind the bar, and supporting: we have the top-knot-dude tuning the porcelain plates in almost perfect harmony! But then again, no one likes the pleasant ambiance of... More

This is a nice place to meet friends and very close to the station too. The menu is typical UK- Italian but the dishes were very good indeed, including a fine pizza. Service is efficient and discreet so guests are not hurried. House wine is good so all-in-all this suited us very well. Enjoy

Arrived here partly by chance. We were glad we visited. Great pizzas. Good value and service. If you are on the M6 give the services a miss and head for here.

The nearest to the station when I dived in off the train, I was famished and all three courses were delicious! Very satisfying meal!

Following the end of the first day of a two day Seminar, a group of us were looking for a meal. It was raining heavily and we happened upon this Italian which was close to our hotels. We were warmly welcomed and the tables efficiently re-arranged in one cosy area to accommodate the group. Menus, wine list and water were... More

We called here by chance and managed to obtain a table as it was very full. Staff were great we only wanted a snack this evening and ordered a chicken and garlic pizza with their home made chips. They were both so good with lovely chunks of tender chicken on the pizza.
