A really good pizza and consistently so; not maybe the most sophisticated but a lovely atmosphere, with an attractive atrium and cheesy Roman nudes to add to the feel. Regrettably, service is still of the 'plonk the menu down' yoofs who really don't know their elbow from their arrse. Give them some training perleese. But, pizzas are hot and tasty. more

Only problem is that their menu is so great it take's the missus an age to choose. more

Really don't understand why this is rated number 1 on this site. There are several restaurants better than this, even in Carlisle. Food was ok, though nothing special - La Mezzaluna is better if you are looking for decent Italian in a relaxed atmosphere. Service was quite poor and amateurish. I go to this restaurant quite often. At least once a month if not more. The food is great and the staff friendly. I like the amount of choice given as it doesn't limit you. It has a great atmosphere and a nice layout. Anyway enough of me going on about it... try it for yourself!! more

Five of us ate here at 6pm, restaurant almost full. Food was very good. The service was excellent, unlike other reviewers we could'nt fault it. Will definitely return. more
