We are a country pub, located 14 miles from Boston, 8 miles from Skegness, we boast a large carpark, beautiful garden with patio and heated smoking hut.Inside we offer a large conservatory overlooking the garden, which leads into the public bar, with 2 drinking areas and a seperate dining room on the side overlooking the countryside. We close all day Monday and serve food from Tuesday evening to Sunday lunch. We get very busy in the evenings and on a Sunday Lunch, so we do recommend to book!! We offer fresh prepared food using reputable suppliers and make majority of the dishes here on sight, we pride ourselves on Proper Food in a clean comfortable cosy yet modern village pub with restaurant.

Just moved to the village and what a pleasant pub. Staff excellent, brilliant service and nothing seems to be too much trouble. As for the food....well, it is absolutely fantastic, I'd be happy to pay more for quality like this. If you get in before 7pm then it is 2 courses for £12.95 which is a bargain quite frankly. I... Great pub for food ,Landlady and her staff are very friendly ,you are asked to take a seat one the bar and chose your meals before being taken and seated in the Conservatory or Bistro areas with your food following shortly. Always a good idea to book especially weekends but can often seat you without booking early weekdays. Best Pub... More

Had a special occasion to celebrate and asked around as to where to go. Although a little further than we would normally go locally the first 3 people said "you must go to The Barley Mow. Feels like going into a country pub - dining is in a large conservatory. Food imaginative and faultlessly served hot. Will not need something... More

Beautiful wee place. Food amazing, portions huge but also very tasty and arrived boiling hot. Am vegetarian and had the filo tart - was lovely and filling. Service both at bar and in restaurant very attentive and slickly carried out - just the right gaps between courses. Would highly recommend if you're in the area.

Needed to eat and Wainfleet was disappointing. The Barley mow was a pleasant establishment and served with nice people. I would recomend this restaurant to the discerning customer who doesnt know Wainfleet or Friskney. Its worth driving the extra mile for good food.

So much more than your regular Pub grub. Fresh, beautifully presented and delicious. Good range of beers, well kept. A really smashing traditional English Pub, should be wholeheartedly supported.

Went for an evening meal with my partner and really could not fault the staff, food, surroundings. The food was so lovely, the best Iv ever eaten!! The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much bother for them. The bar and restaurant were cosy and very clean. Will certainly be eating there again soon.
