My daughter had just finished her leaving party organised by St James's school at the Aagrah on Barnsley road in Wakefield and I was hungry as I had just finished work and I had arrived to collect her so I ordered a take away for me and the rest of the family. It arrived and I took it home and... More

Everytime we go the food is on time. Hot. Well cooked and loads. Everytime we go we have never had to wait for a table. There has always been plenty of staff on and its always been very clean. On being shown to any table set for four the other place settings have always been removed. I can not fault... More

As this is local to us we decided on the spur of the moment to go have a meal there. Bad decision, we would of been better ordering a indian takeaway, and it would of been cheaper and nicer. Microwaved crap at arrgrah. Food has gone down hill service is poor and for what it is (microwaved) its expensive. Went... More

Over the years have eaten both in the restaurant and as take away. Nothing overly to fault. Food is always good, great for me as most things are gluten free so have a choice. :-) service is always polite and friendly. Would recommend.

Up in Wakefield from London to see family and had a meal at the Aagrah. Very attentive staff and lovely, tasty well cooked meal for all four of us. There was plenty of it too with a 'doggy bag' to take home for the next day. Yum! Toilets were clean and well looked after and the bill was very reasonable.... More
