Have visited Wakefield many times in the past, but not visited this restaurant. Excellent service, very good food and nice atmosphere. The only slight annoyances was the child's pancake desert which was a little rubbery. We will return.

We have been to Rinaldi's numerous times and really enjoy it. The food and service is always excellent and the prices are very reasonable also. The best Italian restaurant in the Wakefield area.

Me and my boyfriend went for a meal at what was our favourite restaurant! We was waiting for a while to be seated but we didn't mind this and the waiter took our order straight away as we knew what we wanted..steak our favourite and is usually delicious here. We was sat waiting for our food and the other customers... More

Had to stand on crutches for over an hour? When asked for a chair was told we'd only be 5 minutes- what a lie. Had to sit out in the cold with the smokers-yuk! Toilets up a spiral staircase- has this place even heard of disability awareness. Food was dull- olives from a jar, in edible frozen mussels. To top... More

Very pleasant surroundings, very clean. Staff pleasant, friendly , helpful and efficient. Food very tasty. Four of us ordered 3 different dishes, all served at the same time. The mussels were especially tasty. One slight niggle. The wine glasses are more stylish than functional, very long stems difficult for aged hands to cope with; but the waitress was very helpful... We went here on Sunday lunchtime at 1pm (there were 6 of us). When we arrived the restaurant had been open only half hour so wasn't overly busy. The menu had lots to offer and it took us all a long time to decide what we wanted, there was also a special board with lots to offer. When we the... More

The location being blunt - is grim. A stones throw from pizza delivery hell, a supermarket and some electrical neon signed Chinese place - it's not ideal to be true. And that detracts from the place being fair. A busy, pleasant gig - nice staff who seemed genuine, a decent menu ( I did struggle to find any fish at... More

I have had more hot dinners in Rinaldi's than I have had hot dinners. It is consistently good and Glynn,Nigel,Sarah and their colleagues are to be congratulated.Looking at some of the negative reviews here on tripadvisor I am rapidly drawn to the conclusion that there is a common denominator.Negative reviews are without fail written by customers who are surprised to find... Not able to book a table so had to stand around for over an hour in a cramped area.I started with marinated olives(not marinated just out of a jar of oil). The fillet steak to follow was cooked to my liking,Rare, but if you wanted more than chips every thing was extra and that could easily add £10to your meal.As soon as... If you don't mind taking a chance at getting a table, as you cant book, then definitely worth a visit. Lovely food and really nice wine selection.
