Had a superb meal tonight and can only pass on our thanks. The restaurant was fully booked but the manager was accommodating enough to fit us in for a delicious meal...tapas were homemade and so tasty... accompanied by a lovely bottle of Red... staff were friendly and efficient ..nothing is too much trouble .. cant wait to go back..

Was here towards end of the week. We were placed in the window and as it was pretty quiet I guess that's why. To make it look busy. Oy few other in. Food was pretty good but not exceptional as I had been told. Maybe was expecting to much. Will try again this year. Seemed very helpful with things.

Went here with my husband and son and were given a seat. It was nearly empty and we waited a bit for our drinks order while the staff were stood there. We ordered the tapas which was lovely when it came out in the little pots but when our mains came out they were in little pots aswell. We thought... More

Went to Sol Tapas bar for our xmas party, I didn't expect good food as would like to consider myself a capable cook and usually end up disappointed..... However the food was delicious, staff were helpful and really friendly but not over fussy, we had our own room and were given a ipad to choose our own music, its was... More

Yesterday we were undecided on where to go for lunch and decided to try this restaurant. Starter Garlic mushroom was amazing and was full of flavors. Goat cheese with pesto sauce and grilled tomatoes were full of taste. Lebanese chicken though was mild in flavor but served with tasty humus and baba ganush. Paella was nice was saffron flavor was... Sol Tapas has always been a favourite of mine, quality food, good portions and good value. Went there recently with some friends and whilst the quality is still very good, the portions have gone right down, and I did not feel that I had value for money at all. Their Christmas Menu has always been truly excellent, but this year... More

Visited December 2014 with family ( 6 people) found it quite expensive for what you get. No atmosphere and average staff.

Well i've been to Sol a few times now and every time i have the perfect meal, paired with great service from all the staff. But this time it was fantastic upon a whole new level. I booked our staff night out for Saturday gone, with 12 of us going this would of been very hard for most restaurants in... More

Went for Christmas work meal with a party of 12 people. Food was cooked perfectly, couldn't fault it all. A lady from our party had forgot to mention that she was vegetarian and was brought a wide selection of food on a platter within minutes. Service was fabulous, all the staff are very friendly and polite. The restraunt is absolutely... More
