This place never disappoints the service and food is always top quality. The food and drink was lovely and great portions. The staff made us feel very welcome and made sure we were happy with everything. It's great to have such a brilliant restaurant in our village. Will be back again soon.

Why are the curries so sweet? All the curries taste the same and they are all far too sweet and too gloopy, not sure I've ever had a gloopy curry before table talk. There are much better curries to be had in Darlington at a much more reasonable price.

Love the food the staff and the atmosphere, it is a little more expensive than most Indian restaurants. The after dinner chocolates however are the best I have eaten anywhere for sure

We were staying at the davenport hotel a mile up the road so we stopped here for a curry on our second night. The curry was really tasty, we had the chicken korai. The staff were friendly & asked where we were from which was nice. A large bottle of cobra is £5 - quite expensive, don't even pay that... More

On arrival we were asked if we wanted a quiet table or one near the television, where we could watch a world cup match. The restaurant decor is very tasteful and it has been furnished and decorated to an extremely high standard. The waiters and staff were all very efficient and attentive and the menu has everything one could wish... More
