An attractive restaurant with a fun atmosphere, unfortunately the service does not match up to it. Saturday evening a fairly busy restaurant but the service was poor. Left waiting for food through all the courses. I asked for French dressing but was told there wasn't any in the whole of the restaurant. I had ordered a prawn burger which had... More

Attended a 50th Birthday Party here. Wonderful evening in great restaurant with stunning views over the harbour. Food was very good and staff very attentive. The Band, which I believe often performs at the restaurant was also very good , although a bit loud.

We went for lunch today around 12 and I have never been so apouled with a resturant ever! We used to be regulars of cafe shore but I will never step foot in there again, weren't shown to a table, then to find there was still food and drink on the table. We weren't asked for a drink or spoken... More

Had breakfast here and the food was excellent. The croque Monsieur was delicious and the eggs and bacon on toast was delicious! The orange juice was freshly squeezed and presented like I've never seen an OJ before! The non alcoholic cocktails are really recommended too! They are just amazing! Great atmosphere especially on a sunny day sat outside! A must... More

Having eaten in this restaurant on numerous occasions it was refreshing to see staff to react and rise above under difficult circumstances. They had set out for a quiet night with minimal staff and then came the sun !!!! There must have been 3waiting staff trying to deal with a minimum of 60 customers some I might add quite rude.... Have rated very good because of the view which is spectacular at sunset but I am afraid this restaurant needs to sort out it's problems noted in previous comments. Staff were friendly but inattentive and disorganised. Waiter who took our order did not bother us again to check we had correct food or need anything more. Main courses arrived quickly,... More

Whilst staying in a hotel on Sandbanks we decided to eat at cafe shore, we hadn't booked in advance and therefore we were offered a table in the bar area. We will still able to choose food from the main restaurant menu. The staff were very attentive and the food was very good, it was disappointing that some of the... More

We did not book and when we arrived we were told to sit anywhere. The first floor restaurant is dark and was empty so we went upstairs and were told we had to book to get a table with a view. We were given a booth from where you could still get a view of Poole Harbour. We chose the... More

All round excellent, service was brilliant, superb location, lemon sole was cooked to perfection. A great restaurant a little pricey but worth it!
