Had a lovely family meal. Food was excellent . Service was hit and miss, the drinks orders were messed up more than once, the wrong wine was brought and drinks were duplicated. When the restaurant got busy we had to wait a long time for service. Overall we had a good evening and a lovely relaxed atmosphere but for the... More

Having visited the restaurant am really surprised at the negative reviews on Trip Advisor as our experience was very different. The atmosphere was relaxed and we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. They were attentive without being intrusive and were able to recommend a superb wine to go with our food. Overall we had the mussels and clams for... More

Great concept, great fresh fish and friendly service. Visited with no prior knowledge when storm bound in Poole. Would highly recommend.

Popped in by chance on a Saturday evening. There were a few tables unreserved so we easily got a table. Everything was tasty and very nicely presented. It wasn't a big wow, but certainly good quality and filling. Would pop in again.

We popped in here the first time as an off chance and fell in love with it! Storm has a fantastic atmosphere created by the themed decore and wonderful, helpful staff. The food is excellent everytime, we've never had a meal that is less than excellent. The menu has been different each time we've gone in as it depends what... More

What a find! We asked two local people where in Poole was the best place to eat fish, and they both said "Storm"! The staff were lovely~ attentive without being pushy. My fish soup was a creamy bisque, and my baked black bream with chermoula and samphire was fabulous. The fish choice is based entirely on what the owner and... More

Expected alot more from Storm. Food was ok nothing special. I'm a big fish and seafood lover and expected some more creativity with the menu. Portions were good but very overpriced. Service was good on entry, waitress service not so good. Wouldn't come again.

My partner and booked a weekend in Poole , so after looking for a nice fish/seafood restaurant and reading the reviews and there ethos on fresh sustainable catches from owner/fisherman , we were excited and looking forward to it , But it didn't really live up to expectations , we were seated tucked away in a corner and waited ages... This is a great, family run seafood restaurant in Poole. I had not made a booking, and was able to get a table on a Friday night. The menu is great, and there is something there for most people. The fish was all lovely and fresh, and there were specials as well. The staff were friendly, fast and efficient, and... More
