A group of us arrived having booked well in advance. Two of us had lobster which was one of the most expensive dishes on the menu.I was excited to have fresh melt in the mouth Lobster meat :) You would think...what could go wrong this restaurant has had excellent television publicity. The lobster was small and the meat like rubber.... More

Ate here on a Tuesday night early March. A few other diners in the restaurant. Absolutely no atmosphere in the place which is furnished in heavy wooden furniture, brick walls, very uncomfortable chairs and hard floors. Service, and food could not actually be complained about, BUT nothing had sparkle. The win we ordered (a Chilean Sauvignon Blanc) had an odd,... More

The resurauant was cold, the waiter did not know about the food. I ordered the duo of fish, red snapper a gurnard. Yet when my food arrived ,it was the wrong fish, there was no snapper, and what I had was way too over seasoned and over cooked. As was the rest of out food, including the pigeon, the cod and... Very enjoyable meal here. Good variety of fish on the menu but also a chicken dish. Excellent selection of wines. Nice atmosphere, bistro type of tables and chairs. Situated on main street near the quay. Excellent service. Could highly recommend the Goan fish curry.

We popped in here for lunch and the young lady who served us was very cheery and chatty. The food was all freshly cooked and delicious and the wine moorish. Thoroughly enjoyable lunch and surroundings. Well worth the money.

Lovely food, especially the oysters. My partner loved the chocolates. Ellen our waitress was efficient, friendly and is a credit to the restaurant.

Did not book, so sadly had their only available table next to the door. Thankfully this didn't ruin the experience like I thought it initially might. Staff were efficient but were totally devoid of character or charisma. Starters were good, deep-fried squid was well cooked in a light tempura and the fish soup was a very tasty well seasoned dish.... More
